Meet Chef Todd Corboy

Point San Pablo Harbor is pleased to introduce our in-house chef Todd Corboy. Todd joins us from a 4-year stint as Executive Chef of 20 Spot in the Mission District of San Francisco. Todd’s career began in fine dining and special events catering in the Washington, D.C. Metro area. Todd relocated to Austria where he became Sous Chef for a Mediterranian-style eatery in Vienna, garnering high praise for his innovations.

His travels continued to Tuscany, where he apprenticed with the world-renowned butcher Dario Cecchini. His travels continued as he cooked and ate his way through Switzerland, Spain, France, and Portugal. South to Israel and East to Vietnam, Thailand, and Bali. Todd has served as a private chef shipboard on sailing yachts, touring the Greek Islands and the Caribbean. We are thrilled to have Todd on board, helping to realize the vision of Point San Pablo Harbor with his fresh, market-driven cuisine.
